Make me or point me to an installer with comctl32 vb6

  i have a utility exe that i made by tweaking another free code that i found to bring a window to the front. i have the exe but i never made the installer ... and not lost the desktop - do not have VB6 on my laptop ... need that exe to work so can someone make me a installer with VB6 comctl32.ocx referneced i think the special windows controls list box is one of the controls that uses this. i did do a google for this and went to the microsoft site downloaded COMCTL32.EXE http://download.microsoft.com/download/win95upg/update/1/w97/en-us/comctlzp.exe and vb run time http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/Redist/sp5/WIN98Me/EN-US/vbrun60sp5.exe if you are interested the exe is at http://sel2in.com/prjs/php/p5/ryan_h/sms_send/WinPositionA2.exe usage is winForegroundCmd=res/WinPositionA2.exe %my window name%#go where you repplace my window name with the full or part window name like notepad thank you
